Mercenaries from North Korea to Russia were transported without combat orders, Ukrainian intelligence noted.

Russian invaders are transporting mercenaries from the DPRK to the front in trucks with civilian license plates.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, citing an audio interception.
According to him, on Sunday, October 27, enemy police stopped a KamAZ truck on the Kursk-Voronezh highway, which had civilian license plates and contained military personnel from North Korea.
Intelligence noted that the driver who was transporting the North Korean soldiers did not have combat orders:
“In the latest radio intercept obtained by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the staff officers of the 810th separate marine brigade of the Russian occupation army, which was the target of the North Korean reinforcements from the KamAZ, are trying to find out whether they have the stopped truck on their balance sheet, and why the driver does not have the proper papers.”
