It is known that after the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, women’s rights were reduced to nothing.

The Taliban have banned women from talking to other women. In particular, the Taliban’s Minister of Integrity Khalid Hanafi announced such a ban, BILD writes .

He stated that adult women are forbidden to allow other adult women to hear their voices. Therefore, women should now refrain from even reciting the Quran out loud in the presence of other women.

BILD recalled that after the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan in August 2021, women were banned from getting an education, traveling without a husband, and talking in public, especially with men. They are also not allowed to visit parks, swim, or engage in any kind of sport.

“Beauty salons were also banned. Women’s shelters had to be closed, and the law on the eradication of violence against women was repealed. Women are often publicly beaten and jailed for “un-Islamic behavior” – this “charge” can be anything,” the publication added.
