Cyber specialists of the Main Intelligence Directorate ( GUR ) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out another successful special operation against Russia – as a result of a DDoS attack, they managed to gain access to the servers of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“Now the Ukrainian intelligence service owns the information protection and encryption software that was used by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as an array of secret official documentation of the Russian Ministry of War,” the department said .
We are talking about orders, reports, instructions, reports and other documents that circulated between 2,000 structural units of the Russian law enforcement agency, intelligence officials noted.
“The information obtained allows us to establish the complete structure of the system of the Russian Ministry of Defense and its units. Analysis of the data obtained also helped to identify the generals, other high-ranking heads of structural units of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as deputies, assistants, specialists – everyone who used software for electronic document management called “bureaucrat” “, the message says.
