Military observer for Dumskaya, Viktor Bosnyak, explains that Moskalik worked in the structure responsible for developing plans for the invasion of Ukraine. It is the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff that is engaged in strategic planning of military operations in our country.

“Generals of the General Staff, especially from the Main Operations Directorate, are the elite of the armed forces of any country. They are the most trained and experienced officers.
