It’s nice to see the arch without all that Soviet junk underneath it. For anyone visiting Kyiv, this should be high on your things-to-do list. The views of the city are breathtaking and there are too many sites to list, that are well within walking distance of the arch and the glass bridge.
Yes Kyiv does have unlimited potential.

Ditto Odesa, Lviv and Kamianets-Podilskyi, to name but three.
Kaminets-Podolsky has a very unique geographic feature with the river circling around almost completly and the cliffs. I also like the nearby castle and the fortress a lot.
