French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire told CNN .

He called the rocket attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk, which killed more than 50 people, a “mass murder” and said those responsible must be identified, prosecuted and possibly convicted of these crimes.”

France doesn’t want to wait and the oil import ban is “a game changer,” Le Maire said, but added that unity in Europe is needed to impose tougher energy sanctions on Russia.
