According to the French Defense Minister, the country’s intelligence service has its own capabilities.
French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu said that France is ready to provide intelligence data to Ukraine. He said this after the United States suspended intelligence sharing with Ukraine on March 5, France24 cites .
“Our intelligence is sovereign… with our own capabilities. We are handing this over to the Ukrainians,” the minister assured.

Good on France, and I’m sure GCHQ can also share intelligence witrh Ukraine.
I’m pretty sure that everyone with any such capabilities will do what they can to help Ukraine.
