In the Ukraine War, Ukrainian drones and the FP-7 Pelican Ballistic Missile hit the Kapotnya Moscow Oil Refinery hard, hitting it multiple times. They also hit a warehouse complex in Sofino belonging to Modern Warehouse Technologies LLC. Ukraine confirmed that FP-7 Pelican was used.
