Mykhailo Fedorov, former Minister of Defense of Ukraine, reported on the evening of 14 October that Starlink operations in Ukraine are recovering at speeds of up to 160 km/h.

How come Fedorov has this information? I thought he was out of the military now.
Maybe the military is still closer to him than Zelensky.
Whatever it is Zelensky needs to get this guy back
