According to him, the US government must provide even more support to fulfill its promise to partners and allies.

The United States will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine , since the war against Russia shows the benefits of spending funds in this direction. A member of the US Republican Party and a possible candidate in the 2024 presidential election, Christopher (Chris) Christie, said that by sending weapons from the Pentagon warehouses to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Americans receive a tenfold gain.

On the Fox News channel  ,  he gave journalists arguments about the need to support Ukraine. According to him, the US Department of Defense spends 5% of the annual budget on military assistance to Kyiv. The Ukrainian Armed Forces with these weapons destroyed half of the Russian equipment on the battlefield.

Christie believes the U.S. government must provide even greater support to deliver on its promise to partners and allies.

“We need to do this because if we don’t, our other world allies will question whether our promises are worth anything,” the Republican explained.

  1. Difficult times ahead, for all of us, if the West doesn’t start waking up to the fact that it’s us against them. Who is them? Not only mafia land, bat virus land, iran, and north korea. We also have India, Venezuela, Cuba, a large part of Africa, certain islamic countries against us, and we even have in our midst Hungary, Turkey, and Slovakia, which are being, more or less, openly anti-West and pro-mafia.
Things will get FAR worse if we allow mafia land a victory in Ukraine, even a small one. The fate of the world order is being fought in Ukraine, by Ukrainians. We must give them everything they need, sufficiently and quickly.

    • So true, Mr. Ofp. I’d love to cheer you up with a positive outlook now, but I can’t think of one. Dunno what it takes for the West to wake up and do what needs to be done. 🙁

      • That makes two of us.
After almost 21 months of terrible war, including masses of war crimes … in Europe, no less … and still seeing lethargy and refusals to give certain weapons, it’s way beyond me what else it takes for everyone to emerge from their nebulous torpidity.

  2. CC is a bloody good bloke, a friend of Ukraine and has integrity.
But he’s nowhere in the polls.
So far he hasn’t shown his debating skills. If he ever came up against Trumpkov, I predict he’d land some heavy blows.

  3. Does Chris Christie really believe, the American people have already forgotten how he had been Trump’s bootlicking poodle? I wouldn’t bet one cent on that, it had been too much of an embarassment.

    • Christie has no chance in the race. He is seen by Democrats as a Republican, and by many Republicans as a RINO. He will not get past the first rounds of the primary.

  4. Christie is a non-starter in the presidential race. This is not because he was “Trump’s bootlicking poodle”, which he was not, in fact he at times was quite critical of Trump, but because he is a traitor to many traditional Republican values and opinions. He is a political animal, and we are tired of those.

For example, he will not get the gun owner vote, because he has shown a willingness to go along with Democrat proposals to ban ownership of some popular types of guns and to persecute and harass gun owners. At a time when we see our rights under assault from the left, we sure as heck are not going to vote for another RINO Republican who supports that assault.
