In the Ukraine War, FP-5 “Flamingo” cruise missiles targetted the JSC “Federal Research and Production Center Titan-Barrikady” facility in Volgograd. Two impacts are seen, but four hits are reported. The factory builds parts for ballistic missile launcher, including the Iskander.
