On the morning of July 24, Ukrainian forces struck the major defense enterprise Avitek in Kirov, which produces missiles for the Tor anti-aircraft system, as well as the Kh-101 and Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A missiles, according to Ukrainian monitoring channels. Astra, which analyzed eyewitness footage, also reported that the target of the attack was the Vyatka Machine-Building Enterprise AVITEK, a subsidiary of the Almaz-Antey concern.
According to photos and videos, a fire broke out at the facility after a “deafening explosion ,” and it is ” visible from various areas.” The plant, which is under sanctions by the US, Ukraine, and other countries, produces military and dual-use products, including air defense systems, aircraft components, pilot rescue equipment, and more. Ukrainian media outlets claim the strike was carried out by Flamingo missiles. Supernova claims that workshops 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the plant were damaged. The attack resulted in “numerous injuries,” and “about a dozen ambulances” arrived at the plant.
Kirov Governor Alexander Sokolov confirmed the attack on the “enterprise in Kirov” and the number of casualties. He did not provide details. Residents reported no warnings of the attack or air raid sirens. Additionally, on Friday night, Ukrainian media reported that Ukrainian Armed Forces drones struck another Wildberries warehouse in Tver. Regional governor Vitaly Korolev reported a fire following the attack on the “administrative building of the logistics center in the village of Elevator.”
Local residents captured the fire on photos and video, but the extent of the emergency remains unclear. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze, but emergency services are still working on the scene, Korolev wrote, noting that no one was injured. “Efforts are underway to further ensure the safety of the facility,” he stated.

Kirov is 1300km from the border of Ukraine, meaning the range of the Flamingoes must be well over 1300km.
And they are not stealth, meaning the ruskie air defense is total junk.
I saw no air defence working at any of these sites that were hit. I did see something cooking off at one of the Wildberries though.
I remember when Prigo was on his way to Moscow the ruSSian military did not stop him. Could it be that there is a conflict between Putler, the FSB, and the military? I mean surely ruSSian air defenses are junk, but this is all too easy.
