Russia is attacking Kyiv with ballistic missiles, explosions are heard in the capital, and air defense is working.
The alarm was declared in Kyiv at 11:23 a.m., the Air Force reported that several high-speed targets were flying towards the capital. Explosions began to sound almost immediately.
Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko also reported on the attack on Kyiv, urging residents to take shelter.
“Explosions in the city. Air defense forces are working in the capital. Stay in shelters,” he wrote.
