On the night of August 28, a series of powerful explosions were heard in various parts of the temporarily occupied Crimea. In particular, the “cotton” was heard and observed in Sevastopol, Yevpatoria, the area of the Belbek airfield, Saki, and other locations.
What’s interesting: after the air raid alert went off (around 1 a.m.), local “authorities” reported that only three UAVs had been shot down. Moreover, the occupiers’ monitoring channels warned of about 200 attack drones.
This massive drone attack on Crimea began at around 11:00 p.m. on August 27. An air alert was declared over almost the entire occupied peninsula.

Local residents also reported the sounds of explosions in the area of the Belbek airfield. This is a military airbase on the territory of Sevastopol.

Officially, the “head” of the occupied peninsula reported that air defenses allegedly “destroyed three air targets over the sea area near Sevastopol” and that “no infrastructure facilities in the city were damaged.”
