On the night of August 30, explosions were heard in the temporarily 
occupied Crimea. It was loud in the area of ​​the Kirovskoye airfield and in the Dzhankoy area.

Crimeans heard at least three explosions from the airfield, Krymsky Veter reports , citing subscribers’ messages.

The first message about explosions in Crimea appeared in the public group closer to 3 am.

“Subscribers are reporting three explosions in the area of ​​the Kirovskoye airfield and one explosion in the Dzhankoy area,” the message, published at 02:57, noted.

A few minutes later, Krymskiy Veter clarified that a total of four explosions were heard over Kirovskoye: three of them in the area of ​​the airfield, and another over the Kirovskoye railway station.

“Morning. Dzhankoy, Kirovskoye, what can you see? Anyone who knows the details or took a photo/video, write to our bot (anonymously),” the channel’s authors urged in the morning.

Let us recall that earlier the Molfar analytics agency investigated the strikes on the air bases of the Russian army  and came to the conclusion that since the beginning of 2024, the air bases and military airfields of the Russian occupation forces have been subjected to at least 40 attacks from Ukraine. Most of these strikes were carried out as a result of operations by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (32%), another 15% of attacks were carried out by the SBU, 10% of the defeats were attributed to the Defense Forces, 9% and 7% of the strikes were carried out by the Special Operations Forces and the Air Force, respectively.

According to the study, from March to August 2024, 35 attacks were carried out on the occupiers’ airbases on Russian territory.

Another 5 attacks were carried out on the aggressor’s military airfields in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
