Josep Borrell, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has said that EU foreign ministers discussed the possible lifting of Ukraine’s restrictions on strikes on targets in Russia at a meeting in Brussels on Thursday, 29 August, and concluded that the decision would be up to each EU country.

Quote: “In the end, the conclusion is mainly that it is a national decision, and the member states want to keep it as a national decision. And each one will make the decision that it considers appropriate.”
Details: The top EU diplomat noted that some EU member states do not provide Ukraine with long-range missiles, “so this is not a decision in which they have any practical participation”.
“So this is not a decision at the European level,” Borrell stated.
Before the meeting, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Kyiv expected to obtain the consent of its partners to use long-range missiles against targets in Russia and to obtain such assets in time.
Background: Recently, it was unofficially reported that Ukraine plans to provide the White House with a list of targets in Russia for ATACMS missiles in an attempt to convince Biden.

This is the sort of garbage methodology from the West that I’m talking about. There is no leadership anymore from the US, so every country makes its own decision. Some will give permission, others will not.
The trash dictator countries, mafia land, bat virus land, iran, and the hermit kingdom are much more flexible and efficient in this regard. They give what’s needed and apply no restrictions. We, on the other hand, even help the aggressor by guaranteeing a safe haven for its military and civilian infrastructure.
People, you can’t win a war like this and with the likes of Biden, Scholz and others like them. We can only drag this thing out until who-knows-how-long, waste human lives, cause massive destruction, and waste lots of money. We also fail to discourage other trash countries from being aggressive.
We have zero strategy, zero leadership, and offer zero deterrence.

Only one EU member has provided long range fires. France gave a small number of SCALPs.
Scradge, if the cockroaches were to bypass Ukraine and attack the rest of Europe (except the Baltics and Czech Republic), I wouldn’t even be upset. Britain is kept fairly safe by the channel.
Whilst Biden and the EU keep pissing about with their fucked up “restrictions” strategies, why isn’t Ukraine pounding the orcs in the Pokrovsk area with everything they’ve got?
The answer can only be that they have a chronic shortage.
WTF is going on? How much worth of the promised $62 billion of munitions has actually arrived?
Pokrovsk is in terrible danger. It will be just terrible if vermin are allowed to overrun it.
I wish I knew their plan, scradge, but I don’t. All I can say is that whatever we know, Kyiv knows much better.
