Two criminal cases have been opened upon fact of incident.

Attackers who blew up and robbed an ATM in Kyiv were informed of suspicion. Message of the national police noted.

“As a result of coordinated actions, law enforcement officers detained two people who are reasonably suspected of committing this crime. This is a 39-year-old foreigner and a 33-year-old Kyiv citizen, previously convicted of possession of drugs. During authorized searches at their place of residence, police seized evidence – a car, tools and part of the money,” – the report said.

The investigative of Police Department launched criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 194 (Intentional destruction or damage to property) and part 3 of article 185 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The detainees were announced suspected of committing crimes, materials are being prepared for the election of a preventive measure.
