The former president of Poland (1990-1995), Nobel laureate Lech Walesa spoke about how the world should react to a possible invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine.

This is discussed in his interview to the  Rzeczpospolita newspaper .

The politician admitted that he previously respected Russian President Vladimir Putin, but “this time he went too far.”

“You can’t retreat, because each of his next attacks will be even worse. The whole world must mobilize and prevent an attack on Ukraine. If Putin attacks Kiev, there must be an immediate reaction – an attack on Moscow. You must prepare, there must be a reaction to every movement,” he declared.

Walesa also added that “the interests of Germany and France with Russia” will be destroyed in the event of an attack by the Russian Federation on Ukraine. “Putin is one of those who will continue to do this. Therefore, I will no longer support Putin,” the ex-president of Poland said.

Russian invasion threat

Since November 2021, Russia has concentrated more than 100,000 troops on the borders with Ukraine. The international community fears that the Kremlin will involve the army and equipment in a full-scale offensive.

With the new threat of Russian aggression in Eastern Europe, the US, Britain and the EU are working on tools to contain Putin’s intentions, in particular through the imposition of tough sanctions.

The United States and a number of European countries agreed to transfer military weapons to the Ukrainian army to protect the sovereignty of the state from a possible new Russian offensive.

    • I think he’s right. Don’t let Putin think for a second that a further invasion of Ukraine will protect the Russia. If Ukraine is attacked, Ukraine’s allies should attack Moskovia.

      • Definitely not. The ruSSian people are not our enemies, Putin and his mercenaries are. No need to kill innocent slaves. We will take out invaders only.

        • Who said anything about attacking civilians? This isn’t 1945. If Put-In lost some of his top of the line military hardware he would be forced to stfu and back the fuck up too. But I’m not a General, I’m just a psycho with a room full of swords 😉

  1. As much as I like the idea of attacking Putin’s military installations, you never know what a rat will do when it’s cornered. I know it’s not right to wish ill will on people even people as despicable as Putin but I’m sure thinking of some alternatives for that prick!!’
