Something has changed in Europe. When one leader warns about sabotage, drones, or attacks on critical infrastructure, we can dismiss it as politics. But when leaders across Europe begin warning their citizens, strengthening defenses, convening security councils, and preparing their societies at the same time, we need to pay attention. Poland says credible intelligence suggests Russia may launch drones or projectiles into NATO territory, cause damage, and then call it an accident. Finland is preparing for sabotage. Germany says its military cannot defend the country without the public and industry. France is strengthening its defenses. Meloni says Putin is multiplying provocations. These leaders may not know precisely what will happen—but they clearly believe the danger is growing. So what are they seeing, and what do they think is coming?
