With the release of Epstein files pending, let me remind what
Центр «Досье» – право на справедливость –
Dossier Center uncovered:
Convicted sex-trafficker worked directly with an FSB officer who ran Putin’s elite St. Petersburg Economic Forum. We have their emails.
The timing is crucial here: in 2014-2015, right after Crimea, right after the first sanctions.
Putin’s regime desperately needed Western business participation at Russian events to maintain any semblance of legitimacy. Epstein had access to exactly those people.
Sergei Belyakov graduated from FSB Academy in 1998. His career trajectory tells you everything you need to know about how Russian intelligence embeds its officers in economic elites.
By 2012, he’s Deputy Minister of Economic Development. By 2014, he’s running the St. Petersburg Forum Foundation.
In July of 2015, a Russian model named Guzel Ganieva is trying to blackmail a group of powerful businessmen in NYC. Epstein reaches out directly to Belyakov and asks for help. Within 72 hours, he receives back a comprehensive intelligence profile.
This was more than an advice from a friend: Belyakov detailed the model’s summer earnings ($100,000), her operational methods (he called them “hard stories” with clients), her vulnerabilities; suggested that blocking her US entry would entirely destroy her escort business.
Epstein’s end of the deal was recruiting Western elites to Putin’s forums. He promised to bring LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, Microsoft’s Nathan Myhrvold, billionaire Thomas Pritzker, former Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak.
Some of them actually showed up.
The St. Petersburg Forum was more than business or networking event: multiple sources confirmed that modeling agencies openly worked with forum organisers to provide escort services.
The after-hours arrangements created perfect conditions for honey traps — Belyakov ran this operation while maintaining his FSB connections.
And this wasn’t a one-time favour either. Epstein and Belyakov stayed in regular contact. They coordinated on recruiting Western business leaders, arranged escort operations, handled blackmail situations.
The Dossier Center investigation documented all of this with emails and financial records. When the files are released, remember: Epstein’s network extended far beyond America. He had operational support from Putin’s intelligence apparatus:

We must stop the killing immediately. But we cannot do so by sacrificing Ukraine’s sovereignty. Giving into Kremlin’s calculated attempts to disarm the victim is dangerous as it can trigger a bigger and more dangerous war in Europe.
The Russian Anti-War Committee consistently advocates for the swift cessation of this aggressive, expansionist war, in full compliance with international law and with the rejection of any attempts to alter national borders by force.
In the current circumstances, we consider the immediate priority to be stopping the killing and ensuring robust guarantees of Ukraine’s sovereignty.
Conversely, the evident attempts by the Kremlin and its collaborators to undermine the Ukrainian people’s resolve to resist and to deprive them of the ability to defend themselves in the future risk triggering an even more large-scale war in Europe.
