The Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan of Kiev and All Ukraine, Epiphanius, declares that the massacres of Ukrainian citizens by Russian invaders are a sign of genocide.

Epiphanius announced this on the Twitter microblog .

“Mass killings of civilians are a sign of genocide. Everything that can be seen now in the Kiev region, in Mariupol, in other cities and villages of Ukraine, testifies: the Russian tyrant, the people who support him and their troops came to our land to “liberate” Ukraine from the Ukrainians,” Epiphany said.

As UNIAN reported, today, April 3, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, suggested that the world should be horrified by what the Russian fascists had done during their occupation of Bucha, Irpen and Gostomel in the Kiev region.

According to him, currently the liberated cities look like fragments of a post-apocalyptic horror movie. Among the already found victims of these war crimes of Russian barbarians are raped women whom they tried to burn, murdered children, representatives of local government, elderly people, men. Many of the dead have their hands tied and show signs of torture. Most were also shot in the back of the head.

In turn, adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mikhail Podolyak published photos from the streets of the cities of the Kiev region liberated from the invaders and called on European politicians to review the “photo archive of hell” of the 21st century committed by Putin’s army.
