On Thursday evening, October 31, unmanned aerial vehicles were spotted in the skies of Bashkortostan . According to media reports, a petrochemical plant could have been hit.

Ufa Airport has imposed restrictions on the entry and exit of aircraft. The head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, wrote in his Telegram channel that drones attacked industrial enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.

According to him, the first drone fell on the territory of one of the enterprises, where it caused “minimal damage” – the glass in the control room building was broken. Two other UAVs fell in the industrial zone. There were no casualties or damage, the enterprises are functioning normally.

The Russian Telegram channel VChK-OGPU reports that the target of the attack could have been the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant. An emergency evacuation of workers from the Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim plant was also announced. The publication ” Proofy ” writes that one of the drones got entangled in the grating and cables, which prevented a direct strike on a large enterprise.
