In Mozdok, 3 Ukrainian drones were shot down, the target of which was a military airfield.

Today, for the first time, Ukrainian drones flew to North Ossetia in the Russian Federation, where the Mozdok strategic military airfield of the Russian Federation is located. At the same time, the distance to the airfield from the Ukrainian border is about 1,000 kilometers.

This morning, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the downing of one Ukrainian aircraft-type drone, which, according to the Russians, was shot down over the territory of North Ossetia.

At the same time, local telegram channels wrote that it was about Mozdok, where the military airfield is located, from which, in particular, Tu-22M3 strategic bombers take off to strike Ukraine.

Later, the head of the region, Serhii Menyailo, said that 3 Ukrainian drones were shot down in Mozdok, the target of which was a military airfield.

He also added that as a result of the downing of drones “there is minor destruction”.
