The Russian city of Sochi was attacked by drones on the night of September 4. After several explosions, local residents heard a secondary detonation that lasted for several hours. A large fire broke out and is still raging at one of the facilities in the city.
Local authorities noted after midnight that an alert had been declared in Sochi, but have not yet reported anything about the consequences of the attack. In turn, the Osint community Exilenova+ has collected numerous videos from the scene.

What’s happening in Sochi right now?
The first explosion in Sochi after the arrival was reported at around 1:20 a.m. According to preliminary data, at one of the facilities, Ukrainian drones hit an S-400 air defense system (the system is also used by the Russian invaders to shell Ukraine ).

Almost immediately, local residents began complaining about a powerful detonation.
The destruction of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system has not yet been confirmed by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
But an OSINT analyst for the independent Russian publication ASTRA, after analyzing footage from the network, concluded that the fire broke out in the area of the village of Sirius on the border with Abkhazia near the Psou River. The Russian S-300 or S-400 anti-aircraft missile system is located there.
The publication also recalled that the territory of Sirius has repeatedly become the target of drone attacks, in particular, they flew into this area in May of this year.

The Osint community claims that in addition to the S-400 complex in the city, the Adler oil depot was also hit.

It is because of the damage to the oil depot that a fire is raging in the city.
“Video of the attack on the Lukoil oil depot in Sochi. The footage shows the launch of a missile from the Pantsir complex, but it is unclear what exactly it hits. A hit on the oil depot was also recorded, one of the videos on Exilenova+ commented.
Sochi Mayor Andrey Proshunin noted that the city supposedly has an air defense system in place, and urged residents to stay away from windows and stay in shelters. He also warned against taking or publishing any photos or videos from the scene.
Which, as we see, Russians are happy to do.

Later, local authorities did confirm the attack on the oil depot and the fire that followed.
“In the city of Sochi and at the Sirius military base, a massive UAV attack on civilian infrastructure is being repelled. Wreckage of the drones is being found at various addresses. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The glazing in several residential buildings and buildings was damaged, in some cases fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished. There was also a fire on the territory of the oil depot,” the regional operational headquarters said in a statement.

What preceded
As OBOZ.UA reported, on Thursday, September 3, explosions also occurred in Sochi. But then the local port came under attack.
There, as a result of the hits, a thick column of smoke rose into the sky.
This is not the first time that an oil depot in the resort town of Sochi has been attacked.

So nice to see parts of mafia land burning again, in particular an oil refinery.
“The Russian city of Sochi.”
Correction: the Georgian/Circassian city thieved by dirty ruZZian scum.
Sochi and Abkhazia must return to a democratic Georgia.
I don’t know how at the moment, but God willing …..
