Late on Monday night, January 20, Ukrainian drones attacked an oil depot in the Russian town of Liski in the Voronezh region.
Eyewitness videos of the fire were posted on social media.
Alexander Gusev, governor of the Voronezh region, also confirmed the attack.
This was the second attack on this oil depot by attack drones in the last week.
As usual, the Russian official said that air defense and electronic warfare forces “detected, destroyed, and suppressed” several drones in the Liskinsky district of the region.
He noted that “one of the drones fell on the territory of the oil depot,” and a new fire broke out.
“…Fire and emergency services will continue to extinguish the fire as soon as it is safe to do so,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
This time, according to local residents, at least four explosions were heard, and flames were seen in the area of the oil depot.
In the evening, Russian social media and monitoring channels reported that the oil depot in the village of Liski, which had already been successfully attacked by Ukrainian strike drones late on January 15, was on fire again.
After the attack, the fire at the Russian oil depot lasted for several days. In particular, on January 17, a state of emergency was declared in the Liskinsky district of the Voronezh region in connection with this.

This Russian oil depot is located about 150 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. Voronezhnefteprodukt, a subsidiary of Rosneft, owns it. There are 23 tanks with a total volume of 47.8 thousand cubic meters on the territory of the Liskinskoye oil depot.
The oil depot stores AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline and diesel fuel.

Ukrainian drones take out russian oil terminals. Pantsir systems trying to hit the drones take out russian apartment blocks. It’s a win win for Ukraine.
This raises the question; was the Pantsir crew drunk, or those who built it?
Looking at the trajectory of the missile, they were trying to shoot something flying low. It appears that the apartment block got in the way. This is the mafia land version of protecting Russian speakers.
They probably cursed like sailors that the apartment got in their way.
More awesome strikes on the mafia cash cow.
