On the evening of Friday, March 28, the invading army of the Russian Federation massively attacked the Dnieper using attack drones.
At 9:45 p.m., the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported on Telegram about explosions in the city. The attack has already caused fires, and there are preliminary reports of damage. He urged people to stay in safe places:
