Deputy director of Boryspil Airport Tysiachnyi bought 2 BMW cars for over UAH 3 million with salary of UAH 140,000 per month

Dmytro Tysiachnyi, Deputy Director of Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv Region) for the development of non-aviation activities, in 2025 received UAH 1.551 million in salary at his main place of work and UAH 125,051 for part-time work at the state enterprise “Recovery Project Management Group” (about UAH 140,000 per month).

This is stated in his declaration for the past year, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In 2025, Tysiachnyi purchased two cars: a 2022 BMW IX3 worth UAH 1.7 million and a 2024 BMW IX1 worth UAH 1.6 million.

The deputy director lives in a rented apartment in Kyiv with an area of ​​34.7 sq. m.

He also declared UAH 986,400, USD 243,300 and EUR 34,400 in cash.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, the deputy director of Boryspil International Airport Dmytro Tysiachnyi received UAH 1.244 million in salary at his main place of work and UAH 1.311 million for part-time work at the state-owned enterprise “Recovery Project Management Group”.

Ukraine completely closed its airspace to civilian aircraft on February 24, 2022, the day russia’s full-scale invasion began.

At the same time, Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) stated that the airspace would be opened after the end of the war.

In 2021, the pre-war year, Boryspil International Airport increased passenger traffic by 82.9%, or 4.3 million passengers, to 9.433 million passengers compared to 2020.

The airport, located 29 km southeast of Kyiv, occupies an area of ​​943 hectares.
