Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed approximately 
175 units of weapons and equipment of the occupying Russian forces. They have also eliminated approximately 1,990 invaders in battles.

According to estimates as of December 23, the total losses of the Russian army’s manpower in the war are 776,090. The updated information was published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The day before, the defenders shot down 55 Russian operational-tactical drones (a total of 20,790) and one cruise missile (2,948).

The soldiers neutralized 29 artillery systems (total 21,313), 15 armored combat vehicles (19,885), and 6 tanks (9,615) of the Russian occupation forces.

In addition, 67 units of enemy vehicles and tankers were burned (a total of 32,039), and 2 special vehicles (3,664).

Since the start of the full-scale war, the Defense Forces have also destroyed 1,256 MLRS, 1,030 air defense systems, 369 aircraft, 329 helicopters, 28 ships/boats, and a submarine of the Russian army.

As OBOZ.UA reported, soldiers of the 14th Roman the Great Motorized Rifle Brigade repelled a mechanized attack by the Russians in the Kupyansk direction, 
defeating a column of five pieces of equipment. The defenders finished off the damaged enemy vehicles and the occupants who tried to hide in the forest belt with drone drops.
