Multiple explosions were heard in Yaroslavl, Russia, on August 28. The Yaroslavl Oil Refinery was reportedly hit.
A massive fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise, according to the Telegram channel Exilenova+.
What is known about the attack?
Exilenova+ reported the damage to the Yaroslavl refinery at 07:21.
” Defense forces stormed the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery; a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of the facility,” the report said.
The channel’s claims were confirmed by footage from the scene, which shows thick smoke.
Previously, Exilenova+ published footage taken by the Russians of drones in the sky over Yaroslavl, the work of Russian air defense (which, it seems, was again hitting not so much the UAVs as the buildings), and explosions that could be heard in the city.
