With the beginning of Russian aggression in February 2014, Ukrainians stood up to defend their Freedom, their free choice, and the territorial integrity of their country. To defend their Constitution. So in our existential war against Russia, defending the Constitution is effectively synonymous with defending the state.
The entire history of Ukraine shows that it is not enough to write a Constitution or even amend it several times. It must be protected, and for this you need to have the power. Such strength lies not only in the number of missiles and tanks, but above all in the people and their willingness to defend their Basic Law.
Today, the Ukrainian people deserve for the Constitution to become for us the embodiment of our struggle and its result. Because the price has already been paid is too high.
Then the question of whether peace is possible with the violation of territorial integrity, whether it is possible to live with backroom decisions instead of discussions in parliament, the government, and consultations with society, without real freedom of speech, the right to self-defense, and without protection of rights in an independent court, will disappear by themselves.
It is today that we are fighting for our Constitution.
Glory to Ukraine!
Greetings on Constitution Day!

………….
I had a meaningful conversation with Liliana Grexa, the Spokesperson of the Ukrainian minority in the Hungarian Parliament, who was visiting London.
I sincerely appreciate Ms. Liliana’s activities in support of Ukraine, her work in protecting the interests of the Ukrainian community, and her significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian education in Hungary.
Particular attention during the meeting was paid to discussing the valuable experience of the Ukrainian community in Hungary, particularly in the areas of education, representation of community interests and preservation of national identity. This experience will be useful for the further development of the Ukrainian community in the United Kingdom.
I hope that we will continue to implement important initiatives together for the good of the Ukrainian community and the strengthening of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations.

The most important initiative is human capital. We need to look to the long term. Ukraine’s recovery must begin with education and ensure children have the opportunity to learn in survival conditions. This applies primarily to orphans affected by the war. These children have a long-term future. International projects in this area are needed.

A post from c. 1 week back by the General is still only too relevant:
This is what the “Russian world” looks like. Absolute evil.
Kyiv has experienced another difficult night. Dead and injured again.
Destroyed apartments and houses. Burnt cars.
And the burning Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Another proof of the deliberate destruction of everything Ukrainian.
The whole world needs to see this to help even more in this fight. Otherwise, the evil will spread further.
Condolences to the families of the deceased and injured.
Gratitude to all who, despite their fatigue, continue to protect and rescue🙏

Russia’s plan seems to be kill as many Ukraine civilians as possible. Terrorism is their main game, either doing it direct or using proxies. These are the actions of a dying state!
russia is simply a disgrace, a ridiculous disgrace, a huge gigantic meme, the shame and the laughing stock of mankind. monsters. ridiculous and monstrous.
Russia is truly only capable of death and destruction. Is there any evidence to the contrary? What’s worse than that are all the feckless leaders in the West who continue to appease Putin and Russia. Russia should be fully isolated from the civilized world. Russia’s foreign assets should be confiscated and given to Ukraine for its defense.

Wake up, Europe! ONLY THE DECISIVE DEFEAT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION’S ARMED FORCES IN UKRAINE WILL LEAD TO A JUST AND EQUITABLE PEACE, RUSSIAN ACCOUNTABILITY, AND A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR EUROPE AND THE WORLD.
If you want to win the war quickly, the only sure way to do it is boost Ukraine’s armed forces with every weapon they can absorb NOW. At present, a cease fire for its own sake will only inure to the benefit of the Russian Federation. Talk is cheap. Actions speak louder than words. Time to stop enabling the Kremlin’s imperial ambitions. Time to unshackle your inner raging bull. Time to decapitate the snake.

And finally a reminder of why the putinaZis must be defeated, pay up in full and their murder gang brought to The Hague :

MFA Ukraine :
“30 years ago, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Constitution of Ukraine – the Fundamental Law of our state that defines its values and principles.
Today, this document remains the cornerstone of Ukraine’s democracy and independence. It reflects who we are as a nation and what we are ready to defend.
One of the key principles of the Constitution is Ukraine’s sovereignty, which extends across its entire territory – a principle enshrined in Article 2 of our Constitution.
For many years, Russia has attempted to forcibly change borders, destroy Ukrainian statehood, and cast doubt on the right of the Ukrainian people to independently determine their future.
But the Constitution leaves no room for double interpretations. Ukraine’s territory is indivisible and inviolable. No so-called referendums, no occupation administrations, and no attempts at annexation can alter this legal and political reality.
603,628 square kilometres is more than just a number – it is our cities and villages, our people, our history, culture, and our future. It is what Ukraine’s armed forces defend every single day – alongside the principles and values enshrined in the Fundamental Law of our state.
🇺🇦 Happy Constitution Day of Ukraine!”

Korkut Ozgen :
Letting Russia get away with the war crimes it committed in Ukraine should never be part of any deal to end the war.
—
Ukrainian authorities have recorded more than 180,000 alleged war crimes committed by Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022.
This figure is part of a broader total of over 210,000–256,000 confirmed crimes related to Russia’s aggression, which also includes other international crimes and aggression-related offenses

When the war ends, the destruction and losses caused by Russians must not go unpunished. In the name of humanity, they must be prosecuted for the war crimes they committed in Ukraine, and this shame must not be allowed to be forgotten for generations to come
