It is important that all citizens of Ukraine fulfill their constitutional duty, the general said.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky called on Ukrainians living abroad to take part in the war.
“I hope that after victory they will be able to tell their children where they were. Where were you when all the citizens of Ukraine were fighting in such fierce battles? That is the question,” he stressed in an interview with The Guardian .
Without mobilization, he said, he would not be able to create the new reserves and brigades that Ukraine needs. Meanwhile, Russia continues to build up its group, the general warned.
“It is very important for us that all citizens of Ukraine fulfill their constitutional duty,” he said.

Victory? Ukraine will defeat the RuSSian Federation and remove Putin??? RuSSia would rather nuke Ukraine before that could ever happen. Ukraine is not even allowed to strike ruSSia with the provided shitty weapons.
It’s a shame an appeal like this needs to go out. I was always proud to be Ukrainian American due to my upbringing of my parents which to their dying days loved Ukraine. I guess all countries, including Ukraine, have low life in their population.
