The worst thing about Western Russia apologists like Roger Waters isn’t actually that they spout pro-Kremlin nonsense on a regular basis.
For those of you who don’t know, Roger Waters is the former bass player of Pink Floyd, one of the biggest rock bands of all time.
But in his later years, Waters has defended authoritarian regimes like Assad in Syria, as well as Russia’s Vladimir Putin, and this week called the absolutely legendary Angelina Jolie an “ignaramus” all because she visited some kids in one of the most dangerous cities in Ukraine.
So what’s his deal?
Waters has a fortune in the hundreds of £millions and still commands a huge following. He is able to influence vast numbers of weak-minded people.
He even converted his friend Eric Clapton into a putler/pali propagandist like himself.
And fuck knows how many more.
Polly Samson, lyricist and wife of Floyd guitarist Dave Gilmour said about Waters:
She wrote: “Sadly @rogerwaters you are antisemitic to your rotten core. Also a Putin apologist and a lying, thieving, hypocritical, tax-avoiding, lip-synching, misogynistic, sick-with-envy, megalomaniac. Enough of your nonsense.”
Dave Gilmour liked the tweet and later posted it to his own page, adding: “Every word demonstrably true.”
Waters; the Lord Haw-Haw of rock, unfortunately just cannot keep his evil cakehole shut.
This is the hateful drivel puked out by Waters that Chris was responding to :-
“Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie’s trip to Ukraine indicates her “absolute ignorance”: she “knows nothing about the history and essence of the conflict,” like other celebrities who support the “Kyiv regime.”

I am glad that the rest of the Pink Floyd members have remained sane and level-headed, and not turned fascist like the senile old fart, Waters.
The real Floyd made £500,000 in 2022 for Ukrainian charities with BoomBox singer Andriy Khlyvnyuk with “Hey Hey Rise Up.”
The Gilmours, who have Ukrainians in their family, have also donated personally.
By now £millions have gone to Ukraine.
“Entertainers” like Waters and the Nekrasova skank should hang. Poisoning the minds of people against the victims of naziism should be a capital offence.
I’d include Carlson, Jones, Gabbard and of course Fuentes on that list.

PS : he did not describe putlerstan as a “great state.” It’s a problem of translating something into Ukrainian and back again into English.
He actually used the term “major power”, which is a different thing entirely.
Although he succeeded in blocking streaming of Floyd music in putlerstan and Belarus, that cokksukka Waters succeeded in getting Floyd music containing his work to be unblocked in the terror shithole.
It’s baffling to see such contrasts between people who worked together so successfully for so long. One is a compassionate and intelligent human being, and the other a drooling, evil worshiping piss ant.
