It is noted that in order to conduct operations, confirmation is required that the goods are not going to Russia.

Chinese banks are creating more and more problems for Russian importers. Now, in order to accept the goods through third countries, confirmation is required that it will not go to Russia .
The Moscow Times writes that the new rules violate the popular scheme of making payments for supplies to Russia through “friendly” countries.
It is noted that during the verification of transfers, several Chinese banks immediately demanded confirmation that the goods purchased by businessmen from “friendly” countries – Serbia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan – will be delivered to these countries.
At the same time, among the senders of such demands are Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, which is popular with foreign trade companies in Zhejiang Chouzhou, small regional agricultural banks, as well as Kunlun Bank, created to work with Iran.

Is planting a pig some sort of slang I’m unaware of???🤔
Not in English, as far as I know.
In 2015 Orthodox activists planted a pig’s head outside the door of Russia’s Oleg Tabakov Theatre to protest against a staging of the Oscar Wilde play “An Ideal Husband.” And Ukrinform reported that in 2016, anti-Semitic criminals planted a pig’s head with a swastika carved on it on someone’s grave.
