This 24-year-old woman died today. She had burns over 80% of her body, which protected the baby in her womb. Her husband is in critical condition. They were burned alive on Putin’s orders.
We don’t actually know how many will die after every attack, or in the years to come.
The war will have serious consequences for us and our children that cannot be estimated at this time.

🇺🇦 Another sleepless night in Kyiv. At night, russia attacked Ukraine with 805 drones and 13 missiles.
The attack on sleeping Kyivans claimed the lives of a young woman and her two-month-old son. Rescue teams continue to search through the rubble for survivors.
Among the injured is a 24-year-old pregnant woman, rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Doctors performed an emergency delivery—her baby now fights for life in intensive care, while she remains in the burn unit.
These are not just statistics. These are families, futures, and lives torn apart. The things the Ukrainians will never forget or forgive.

………………,

Dear friends,
My former colleague and a former co-head of the insolvency and maritime practices at Arzinger Anton (Tony) Molchanov volunteered as a combat medic in 2022 and has been on the front line ever since. Instead of writing long memos or defending his clients in court, he is now saving lives in the most challenging conditions.

His military unit, and he personally, are in constant need of equipment, medical supplies, and other essentials. To help support their efforts, Anton has created a Patreon page where you can make regular donations and gain insights into what is happening on the front line. He shares real, unfiltered videos and photos for those with strong nerves.

Anton is from Crimea, as am I, which makes his personal story and dedication especially close to my heart.

Your involvement could help save lives. We will all live in a better world when this nightmare is over and Anton is able to get back to his desk.
I will share the link to his Patreon page in the first comment.💙💛
