The President called on Ukrainians to respond to air raid warnings, protect their loved ones, and use shelters.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russia is preparing a massive missile and drone attack tonight. As an UNIAN correspondent reports, the Ukrainian leader said this during a joint press conference with Irish Prime Minister Michail Martin in Dublin.
As Zelensky recalled, Russia strikes Ukraine every day, and once or twice a week, the Russian invaders resort to massive strikes with the launch of hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles of various types.
“Today there is information, very unpleasant, about the preparation of another such massive Russian strike. There is intelligence data,” Zelensky stressed.
As the President of Ukraine added, immediately after this press conference, he will return to Ukraine very quickly with his team.
“Today, I ask our people to be especially careful, to protect themselves, their children. Be sure to protect your families. Use shelters and pay attention to air raid warning signals in Ukraine. This is very important,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
According to him, Russian dictator and war initiator Vladimir Putin has been preparing this massive strike on Ukraine for some time.
Putin refuses to end the war
“He is not the first. Tonight is exactly such a threat. The leader of Russia absolutely refuses to end the war. And although we have already conveyed to him through all possible official and unofficial channels, through people close to him, that the war can and must be ended, and that we, in Ukraine, are ready for a meeting, for meaningful negotiations. He sees for himself only further aggression against Ukraine and against our neighbors, against all of Europe,” Zelensky said.
Ukraine intends to persuade Russia to end the war
As Zelensky noted, ending the war is a priority for Ukraine. “And even if Russia does not see this as its priority yet, we will be able to force them, of course,” Zelensky stressed.

Why? Ukraine will retake Crimea and remove putin in his ruSSia which is totally finished now… or maybe not.
I might be wrong, but I have a feeling that putler will launch a terrorist attack on the morning of July 4. The US will be too busy to be concerned about putler committing more atrocities. Not that they are too concerned anyway.
