This cannot be just a coincidence, the expert emphasized.

On the night of October 14, SpaceX imposed speed restrictions on Starlink terminals while in transit in Ukraine. This was announced by Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov, Advisor to the President for Technological Innovation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on his Telegram channel.
He noted that the restrictions currently apply to the so-called “military package,” specifically StarShield services, whose speed has been limited to no more than 100 miles (approximately 161 kilometers) per hour.
“Our defense forces received no warning of this restriction, and this led to the disruption of a number of missions. Clearly, this action cannot be a coincidence and is related to the current political situation,” Flash emphasized.
What preceded this?
As a reminder, last week, US President Donald Trump announced that Ukraine and Russia had allegedly agreed to an energy ceasefire. According to media reports, Washington also threatened Ukraine to cease intelligence sharing if Kyiv continued to attack Russian refineries.
Against this backdrop, the US President publicly called on Zelenskyy to hold elections in Ukraine, claiming that the Ukrainian leader allegedly does not want to end the war. This statement about the elections was supported by American billionaire Elon Musk. Against this backdrop, rumors began to circulate that the billionaire’s company might restrict Starlink operations in Ukraine.
Commenting on this information, Flash previously stated that Ukraine has good ties with SpaceX and generates stable profits. Against this background, he expressed confidence that Starlink will not be shut down in Ukraine.

America is now fully behind Russia. Intell sharing blocked and restrictions on Starlink. America sold Ukraine for 300.000 tons of diesel. Be proud.
