The launch of Flamingo missiles manufactured by the Ukrainian company Fire Point was shown on the network for the first time .

Footage of the Flamingo launch was published by the Telegram channel “Nikolaevsky Vanek”. The video shows launches from ground-based installations and rockets flying in the sky. 

“Good, right? As strange as it may sound, the video of arriving somewhere for the purposes of this good depends partly on us, but of course on the Russians,” the channel notes.

“Flamingo” – what is known about the Ukrainian missile

The Ukrainian Flamingo (FP-5) missile is a new long-range cruise missile developed by Fire Point. It was first publicly unveiled in August 2025, and the start of serial production was announced at that time.

According to official specifications, the Flamingo has a range of about 3,000 kilometers, weighs about six tons, and has a warhead mass of over 1,150 kilograms. The missile is capable of speeds of up to 950 kilometers per hour, and the guidance system combines GPS/GNSS and inertial guidance, resistant to electronic warfare.

Fire Point, founded in 2022, initially specialized in strike drones and later developed the FP-5 as a key element of Ukraine’s precision weapons program. Expected production capacity is up to two hundred missiles per month.
