As a result of the attack by Russian occupiers on Kyiv on September 2, a fire broke out on the territory of an educational institution, and a medical facility was also damaged.
The Kyiv City Military Administration reports on the consequences of the enemy strike on its Telegram channel .

“As a result of an enemy attack in the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out on the territory of an educational institution. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a medical facility was damaged,” the report says.
The KMVA added that three people were injured in the attack and are receiving medical assistance.
Later, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko added that there were four victims in Kyiv. Two of the injured were hospitalized, while the others are receiving outpatient care.
In addition, Klitschko stated that a fire broke out in a 6-story residential building in the Shevchenko district as a result of a drone strike.
He later reported that there was partial destruction of the building. Also nearby was a fire in a three-story building. According to him, fire and rescue services are working on the scene.
Social media users say that the plane landed at a university building right in the city center.
Updated at 12:04 p.m. “The number of injured has increased to five. Three wounded are in the city’s hospitals,”Klitschko later said .
He also reported that the damage caused by the attack on the premises of one of the medical institutions was a broken part of the windows. There are no injuries among patients or staff, as of yet.

“Medics hospitalized 5 wounded. Emergency services are working at the scene of the hits in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city,” Klitschko said.
Updated at 1:10 p.m. As Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported on Telegram, Russian “shaheeds” struck one of the universities in Kyiv today. According to him, the attack took place right during classes.
“Fortunately, the students were in shelters – 160 students,” Zelenskyy noted.
Strikes on the Kyiv region
As is known, air raid sirens have been practically constantly sounding in Kyiv and Kyiv region lately. Thus, on September 2, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that a fire in three warehouses in Kyiv region had been extinguished.
“On the evening of September 1, the enemy struck three warehouses in the Buchansky district of the Kyiv region. The attack resulted in fires and destruction,” the report says.
It is noted that during the rescue efforts, the enemy launched two more repeated attacks on the warehouses, creating additional danger for the personnel. The extinguishing was also complicated by constant air raids.
In addition, Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, said that two people were injured as a result of the morning attack.
“In the Buchanan district, a man received a shrapnel wound to the thigh. In the Brovary district, a woman received shrapnel wounds to the arm and shoulder,” he wrote.
Civil infrastructure was damaged. For example, a warehouse fire broke out in Buchanan district, and a private house was damaged. A private house was damaged in Brovary district, and a warehouse building was damaged in Boryspil district.
