On Sunday, June 21, the so-called “Governor of Sevastopol,” Mikhail Razvozzhayev, stated that fuel problems in the city continue, with deliveries being delayed.
According to him on Telegram , the “authorities” of temporarily occupied Crimea have even been forced to cancel fuel sales using QR codes at TES gas stations.
“Currently, refueling is being provided exclusively to emergency services vehicles. I’ll keep you informed about the situation,” he added.
