In Kharkiv, more than two dozen people were injured in a Russian attack this afternoon. Two people have already died, Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov reported on Telegram .

“At this moment, 26 victims are known to have been injured in five locations. The youngest victim is only one year old, the oldest is 71,” Terekhov noted.

“According to the updated information of our Situation Center, the enemy struck Kharkiv with 7 KABs, the hits were in three districts – Kyivs’kyi, Osnovyans’kyi and Novobavars’kyi. At the moment, 32 people are known to have been injured. One person died – a 15-year-old boy,” Terekhov emphasized.

He noted that at the arrival points, the city’s municipal services are eliminating the consequences of the shelling.

According to Terekhov, the enemy first struck the Kyivskyi district of the city with a guided aerial bomb (GAB). A private house was hit, causing injuries to people.

Hits were also recorded in the Slobidsky and Osnovyansky districts.

The number of people injured in the Russian strike on Kharkiv has risen to 29, the head of the OVA Synegubov said. Among them are three children, in particular, a 17-year-old girl who suffered an acute stress reaction. According to the OVA, a 15-year-old boy died as a result of the shelling.

As the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, specified , two children were among the injured. In particular, a one-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction, and a 16-year-old boy suffered explosive injuries.

“Currently, 9 people have been hospitalized. Everyone is receiving the necessary medical care,” he added.
