This morning, a Russian attack in Kyiv completely destroyed a warehouse belonging to the Olena Zelenska Foundation. The organization announced this on its Facebook page .

“It burned to the ground. The most important thing is that no one was hurt,” the statement said.

The warehouse was used to store humanitarian aid that the Foundation purchased and received from partners for subsequent distribution to children, families, and institutions in various regions of Ukraine, according to their needs.

“The destroyed items included generators, household appliances, laptops, tablets, e-books, medical equipment, and much more. All of this aid had a specific purpose: to support children’s education, the operation of educational institutions and hospitals, and to help families in various regions of Ukraine,” the Foundation explained. However, due to the destruction of the warehouse, some of the aid may be delivered later than planned.

The team is reportedly already reorganizing logistics and working to ensure that the necessary aid reaches those it was intended for as quickly as possible.
