In Odessa, occupiers damaged the Manhattan residential complex.
Russian occupation forces launched a combined missile and drone strike on the Odessa region, damaging the Manhattan multi-story residential complex in the regional capital, as well as warehouses, civilian infrastructure, and other property.

According to a UNIAN correspondent, the latest attack on Odesa began around midnight. Monitoring channels reported that the region was under attack, with the enemy launching, among other things, guided aerial bombs (GABs). Soon after, the first powerful explosions were heard in the city.
Eyewitnesses reported on social media that power was out in some areas and the Manhattan high-rise residential complex was damaged.
Eyewitnesses living nearby told UNIAN that after the first strike, they ran to the Manhattan parking lot, but at that moment, a second explosion occurred.
“So we were running closer to the impact site… People were shouting, ‘Packages!’… My ears were ringing, I was running like I was in a dream, I saw window bars on the ground, shards of glass… the horror was unimaginable,” said local resident Anna.
Soon, the head of the Odessa MVA, Sergei Lysak, confirmed that a multi-story building in the city was damaged.
On the morning of September 13, the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the Odesa region reported that Russia had been terrorizing the region for almost the entire night. As a result of enemy strikes, in addition to a multi-story building, private homes, warehouses, industrial buildings, garages, residents’ cars, and infrastructure were damaged. Fires broke out in some areas, but these have already been extinguished.
According to preliminary information, there are no fatalities or injuries. More than 100 firefighters from the State Emergency Service were called in to help clean up the aftermath.
Also, according to Odesa Regional State Administration Head Oleh Kiper, on Saturday evening, Russians attacked the Odesa region with jet-powered UAVs, resulting in damage to a logistics company branch.
“The building’s façade, glass, and a truck were damaged. Two people were injured,” Kiper reported .

As of Sunday morning (9:30 AM), the attack continues. According to observers, Odessa is being attacked by “Panderoli” rockets, and the enemy has also launched KABs.
