The Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, Mikhail Yevraev, confirmed the fact of the fire, but emphasized that the cause was “man-made”, and not a drone strike.
“Residents were concerned that this could be the result of a hostile attack. But no UAV was recorded today,” he said.
