BREAKING NEWS: As a result of the attack on Odessa, two people were killed, six were injured

Two people were killed and three were injured in a daytime ballistic attack on Odessa.

This was reported by the head of the OVA, Oleg Kiper.

He noted that one of the deceased was a truck driver, and the identity of the second was being established.

UPDATED at 14:52. Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba noted that the number of wounded has increased to six people. Among them are employees of one of the port operators and a driver. Two more are citizens of Syria, members of the crew of a civilian vessel.

“This afternoon, an Iskander missile hit the area of one of the berths of the Odessa seaport. At that time, people were working on the berth, metal was being unloaded from a foreign vessel under the flag of Sao Tome and Principe,” he emphasized.

Kuleba added that the second victim was a docker-mechanizer. Portal cranes, equipment, and warehouses were also damaged.

Kiper added that the occupiers struck the city with an Iskander missile with cluster munitions.
