Facilities of the PSO Kazan company used at the Angara launch complex site were left without electricity.

Far Eastern Energy Company PJSC has restricted electricity supplies to the construction site of the second phase of the Vostochny Cosmodrome to “protect the interests of the regional energy system,” The Moscow Times reports .
The reason for this is the project’s general contractor, PSO Kazan, which owes over 51 million Russian rubles for electricity supplied. The company’s facilities used at the Angara launch site, which consume 4 million rubles per month, are without power.
The energy supplier says it has repeatedly contacted the debtor company’s management, demanding payment of the entire debt, but the builders have not responded to these demands.
If the debt is not fully paid, the restrictive measures are expected to be tightened. It is reported that the Far Eastern Energy Company intends to file a lawsuit to declare PSO Kazan bankrupt.
Nikolai Novikov, CEO of the Vostochny Cosmodrome Directorate, noted that the cosmodrome is operating normally and that the power outage “does not affect strategically important sites and will not affect the construction of the Angara launch complex.”
According to him, PSO Kazan reported that the debt will be repaid by the end of this month.
What is known about the Vostochny Cosmodrome?
Vostochny is a new Russian cosmodrome. It is located in the Amur Region of the Russian Far East, near the town of Tsiolkovsky. The first launch from the cosmodrome took place on April 28, 2016, when a Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle launched three artificial satellites into orbit.
Last year, UNIAN reported on the launch of the Angara-A5 launch vehicle from the Vostochny Cosmodrome , which took place after several “disastrous” days in which launches were postponed at the last minute due to technical glitches.
It’s also known that the Russians want to “compete” with Musk and create their own reusable rocket . It will have a reusable first stage and is scheduled to launch from the Vostochny Cosmodrome.

Time to cut off power in the Kremlin.
“It’s also known that the Russians want to “compete” with Musk and create their own reusable rocket . ”
Delusions of granduer in mafia land. I suggest a one-way rocket with all the Kremlin trash on board with the trash from the WH.
