Enemy Su-34, Su-35S, and Su-30SM fighters are based there.

Units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, inflicted damage on the Borisoglebsk airfield.

As detailed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the strike was carried out on July 5. The facility itself is located in the Voronezh region. Enemy aircraft Su-34, Su-35S, and Su-30SM are based there.

“A warehouse with guided bombs, a combat training aircraft and, probably, other aircraft were hit,” the report said.

The General Staff added that the results of the defeat are being clarified.

“The defense forces continue to take all measures to undermine the Russian occupiers’ ability to strike at civilian infrastructure and force the Russian Federation to cease armed aggression against Ukraine,” the General Staff noted.

Strikes on facilities in the Russian Federation

Recently, the General Staff reported the destruction of a military industrial complex. Its products are used in the manufacture of high-tech weapons and equipment. In particular, explosions were recorded  on the territory of the “Rezonit” technopark in Zubovo, Moscow Region.

And on June 11, the General Staff reported the successful destruction of three facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation, including a gunpowder plant in Tambov.

  1. Ok, very good. But the one of real pains Ukraine is feeling is the targetting of civilians. If i recall, there was behind the scenes deal made, you stop bombing refineries, well stop bombing power stations, i think. Strategy: bomb the F out of their air bases until leverage to stop bombing civilians. Seems it may have worked before, or – go back to refineries…
