This was announced by the village head of Makarov Vadim Tokar on the air of the information telethon.

“As of yesterday, we raised the bodies of 132 civilians who were simply shot by the orcs,” the village head said.

According to him, before the war, 15 thousand people lived in Makarov, during the active phase of the defense there were less than 1000 inhabitants. Disaster medicine has now been deployed in the village to provide medical care in those territories that have recently been de-occupied.

“According to preliminary estimates, the scale of destruction is about 40%. The occupiers destroyed almost the entire infrastructure, left bombed-out private and apartment buildings, completely destroyed the hospital and kindergartens. Now we are restoring power throughout the Makarovskaya community, we are working to ensure that gas supply is resumed after clearing the territories” , – added the turner.

As reported, in Makarov, which is 50 km from Kyiv, in the first days of the war, the occupier’s equipment entered, which intended to break through to Kiev. At the end of March, the national flag of Ukraine returned to the local administrative building. But the Russian invaders continued to launch rocket and artillery strikes.

“There are almost no civilians left in the village! Despite the destruction of civilian infrastructure, Putin’s troops are still launching rocket attacks on the village!” the Defense Ministry announced on March 25.
