Ukrainian drones have hit the Perm Oil refinery which is one of the biggest in Russia with a processign capacity of 13 million tons per year. The strike hit the AVT-5 Crude Distillation unit with videos and photos showing large fires and smoke burning.
The Temu netting that is protecting these refineries seems to have failed again.
