1. Here’s what a dynamic, committed US president might do :
   Confirm at long last that all restrictions are lifted, knowing that putler has already moved his key murder assets further away from the border.
   But then secretly transfer a large cache of Tomahawk missiles; SSM version.
   These have a range of 1500 miles. They are slow but low-flying. They are nuclear capable as well.
