The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, says that Putin has decided to carry out a further invasion of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Biden said this during an address regarding the situation on the borders of Russia and Ukraine.
The US President stressed that the facts testify to the encirclement of Ukraine by Russian troops from the territory of Belarus, further along the Russian-Ukrainian border to the Black Sea in the south. In particular, we are talking about more than 150 thousand Russian military.
“We have reason to believe that Russian forces are planning to try to attack Ukraine in the next week – in the coming days,” Biden said.
He expressed his conviction that the Russians would try to strike at Kiev in a targeted manner.
In addition, the US president is confident that Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to carry out a further invasion of Ukraine.
“As of now, I am convinced that he has made a decision,” Biden said.

Mind you, it does help to announce mafia plans, but what matters much more is the help Ukraine will get. This alone might stop the shithead in Moscow from attacking, or, the chances for an attack are at least greatly reduced. If not, then Ukraine would stand a much better chance to survive.
